Las roms de los juegos son siempre las mismas, ya sea Retropie, Recalbox, Windows, Linux.Lo que sí, yo probé Retropie para Windows y era muy pesado (no funcionaba directamente) con un portatil algo viejito.

Por lo que yo se, recalbox es como un Retroach, pero preparado para RPi, y utilizando como frontera EmulationStarionLa verdad que esta opción esta de perlas y supongo que se podrá configurar y ampliar a más sistema, porque yo ande toqueteando EmulationStation con Retroarch y era una locura
